Follow Instructions below:
- Click this link to download our remote support app: ISL Desktop App
- Look for a pop-up at the bottom of the web browser called ISL Light Client.exe
- Once it's downloaded, click it, or click run (depending on the browser) and run it through until it asks you to enter a session code.
- We'll provide you with a code over the telephone and will talk you through the rest.
