Follow Instructions below:

  1. Click this link to download our remote support app:   ISL Desktop App
  2. Look for a pop-up at the bottom of the web browser called ISL Light Client.exe
  3. Once it's downloaded, click it, or click run (depending on the browser) and run it through until it asks you to enter a session code.
  4. We'll provide you with a code over the telephone and will talk you through the rest.
